Corporate Experience
Co-founder of Grigg Brothers 1995-2014, a company that specialized in manufacturing and distributing high-quality fertilizer and turf management products. The company was founded by two brothers, Gary and Mark Grigg, who had a deep passion for turfgrass and a commitment to providing innovative solutions for turf care professionals.
Grigg Brothers focused on developing fertilizer blends that promote healthy turf while also addressing specific nutritional needs. Their products are widely used in professional turf management, including golf courses and sports fields. The company's goal was to help turfgrass professionals achieve optimal results in maintaining and enhancing the appearance, playability, and health of turf areas.
One of the notable aspects of Grigg Brothers was their emphasis on research and development. They invested in scientific studies and collaborated with experts in the field to ensure sound agronomic principles backed their products. By staying at the forefront of turfgrass research, Grigg Brothers provided cutting-edge solutions that delivered superior results. Additionally, Grigg Brothers placed a strong emphasis on environmental stewardship. They developed products and practices that minimized the impact on the environment while still delivering exceptional turf performance.
Overall, Grigg Brothers remains a respected name in the turfgrass industry. Grigg Brothers sold to Brandt Company in 2014, and they continue to offer the products under the brand name GRIGG.

Do you really need a coach to get better?
“Listen to advice… and… you will be wise.” Prov 19:20
you’ve probably noticed that all the superstars in sports, entertainment, and business have coaches. And they are coachable.
many of us operate under the misguided assumption that because we lead, we don’t need to be led.

“Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does”
